1. Age Restriction and Verification

   Meetchi is strictly intended for users aged 18 years and above. We enforce age restrictions by requiring users to provide their date of birth during registration. Users who falsely declare their age bear full responsibility for any resulting consequences. We do not allow users under 18 to register or use the App.

2. Zero Tolerance Policy Against CSAE

   Meetchi maintains a strict zero tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any behavior, content, or interaction involving sexual abuse, exploitation, harassment, or threats towards minors is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to attempts to sexually exploit children, coercion, trafficking, or any form of child endangerment.

   Violations are met with immediate account suspension and, if necessary, notification to appropriate legal authorities.

3. Reporting and Preventive Measures

   Users can report any inappropriate behavior or content directly through our in-app reporting system. Meetchi is committed to swiftly investigating reports and taking appropriate action to maintain a safe environment.

   We regularly monitor for abuse patterns to prevent child exploitation on our platform.

4. Compliance with International Standards

   Meetchi adheres to internationally recognized CSAE prevention standards, including:

   • INHOPE - International Association of Internet Hotlines
   • ECPAT International - Ending Child Sexual Exploitation

   We continuously align our policies and practices with these organizations’ recommendations to safeguard children.

5. Legal Disclaimer

   While Meetchi implements age verification and content policies to protect minors, the system relies on user-provided information. We disclaim liability for any legal issues arising from false age declarations by users.
